1) the maximum speed in km/sec

Let's mark acceleration by a=2m/sec^2, period of time during acceleration by t1=3s, period of time during the constant movement by t2 = 2s and period of time during the deceleration by t3 = 3s.
The maximum speed of a car is reached after the acceleration, so,
V = a*t1 = 2*3 = 6 m/s.

2) the total displacement covered:

Displacement covered during first 3 seconds:
D1 = (a1*t^2)/2 = (2*3^2)/2 = 9 m.
Displacement covered during next 2 seconds:
D2 = V*t2 = 6*2 = 12 m.
Displacement covered during last 3 seconds:
D3 = (V*t3)/2 = 6*3/2 = 9 m.
So, the total displacement is
D = D1 + D2 + D3 = 9+12+9 = 40m.
