y=-2x+10 it's a straight lineTo graph it we need two distinct points of it. We can pick arbitrary values of x, say x=0 and x=2:
y(0)=10
y(2)=-4=10=6
So we have two points (0,10) and (2,6). Connecting them we get desired graph.
To find inverse we should solve given equation for x:
y=-2x+10
2x=10-y
x=5-y/2
It's also a straight line. We can find its graph similarly.
