1. Please advise the procurement method you will recommend for the following situations and give the reasons for your advice:-

(i) The full set of detailed design drawings and specification for the project have just well prepared but the client wishes to give out the tender document to tenderers within 1 week. He wishes the returned tender should affect his financial commitment to the project.

(ii) After the completion of Phase 1 project with 4 towers of 30-storey residential building, the client wishes to give out the tender document for Phase 2 project with 6 towers of 35-storey residential building to tenderers with 1 week, however the detailed design drawings can only be prepared after 3 more months.
