0.1 M NH4Cl is the salt of weak base strong acid, NH4OH weak base and HCl strong acid . when take the aqueous solution of this salt is acidic in nature due to HCl.

In case of CH3COONa salt . strong base (NaOH)and weak acid (CH3COOH) .when take aqueous solution of this salt solution is basic due to NaOH .

So that aqueous solution of NH4Cl has lower PH
