A weak acid at pH6 medium, when 91% of it becomes neutralized, what is its pKa?
also what equation would be used to work out a question similar to this?

pKa of different electrolytes is not dependent on its' concentation. So whether the acid (acetic, for example) have been neutralized or not, its pKa remained the same (as long the acetic acid is still acetic).
pKa is dependent on the temperature and nature of electrolyte and solvent only.
