Solution

Here phase changes is possible because at higher temperature kinetic energy of molecules increases and intermolecular force of attraction will also decreases due to breaking of intermolecular force.

Attractive forces between the particles in a liquid are broken when a liquid boils. Since the temperature is very less -223 0C and nearly at this temperature any things exist in solid state. And when you increase the temperature at constant pressure phase changes will here from solid to liquid. Here phase changes are solid to liqid.
