Hello. I need a good recommendation for a computer program that can copy images like jpeg and tiff (copy and paste) and that would be quick and fast for something 700 pages long of scanned material. I plan to copy and paste tyhe highlights into one document that I do not know if it could reach to more than 40-50 pages. Thnak you. My budget is 50-70 dollars.
