As per the question, If computer A is creating and object and on the spot it is delivered to computer B, That is called Master-Slave replication.

Master-Slave replication enables data from Master Slave to the Mirror Slave. If any issue getting happen with the Master slave server, or server is getting down then Mirror slave is getting active and functioning properly. Master slave creates a backup to the mirror slave.It can be either synchronous or asynchronous.
