My computer programing teacher gave the class this question: You have 13 bottles of wine, 1 of them is poisoned. You have 24 hours to figure out which one is poisoned. You have 4 rats to test them on, and the poison takes 24 hours to take effect. The only additional detail he gave us, is that it has to do with binary.
