Create a program with an array size of 20. The values in the array will be filled in by the user. The program will then allow the user to choose the following task:
1. Find the biggest value
2. Find the smallest value
3. The mean of the array
4. Sort the array in ascending order
5. Sort the array in descending order
The program will only stop when the user chooses option 6 -exit
