Full Duplex data transmission system: Full duplex data transmission mode system is a kind of bi-directional data transmission system in which the end device can transmit and receive the data simultaneously. The PSTN is the the example of full duplex transmission system, which provides two way communication system.


Half Duplex data transmission system: In this kind of data transmission, data can be transmit in one direction at a time. In this, if two device are communicating to each other, then if one device is transmitting the data then other device must receive and if other device started to transmit the data then the first device will start to receive the data.


Simplex transmissions: It is a communication channel that sends information in one direction only.
