1 Go to www.classroom.google.com
2 Sign in using the student Google account
3 Click the `+` sign on the top right
4 Select "Join Class" and enter in the class code

1 Ask the sibling whether he/she want to download the files or save the page's contents
2 Ask the sibling whether he/she has difficulties with the classroom site or with the webmail product
3 Ask the sibling whether he/she has tried to use another browser or device
4 Ask the sibling whether and when he/she did it before
