Answer to Question #3457 in Quantum Mechanics for Dejan Sajinovic

Question #3457
Thank you for answer on my question "Quantum Mechanics Question #3422" about the amplitude of electron. If I may ask another question: What is the quantum constant and how did they manage to measure it? Can we say that quantum constant is the smallest amount of energy to move something? Is there any relation between gravitational constant and quantum constant? Thank you very much!
