Hey. I'm storing energy in a spring with either a clock spring (circular) or compression spring, i want the spring to release kinetic energy turning a cog at a constant certain speed untill the spring has released all its tension, what type of contraption would be used to control the secure constant speed. Like a clock but constant instead of tick tock tick tock, nice and smooth.
