What would be the physics of NAVIGATION? if your speeding along at 10c how do you see things in front of the ship?

I realize this is hypothetical and I am politely ignoring all the other issues, just saying IF we can do this, big IF. wouldn't we be flying blind?

So what would the physics be of 'seeing' ahead of us, looking beside us? is there any way that would make this travel safe?
