Dr Blalock heat up his coffee inside the laboratory using a Bunsen burner. He off the flame when the coffee reach it boiling point. He leaves the room and after 30 minutes, the temperature drop to room temperature. Does he need to perform the same process again? Explain the phenomena and justify your answer

The answer depends on how to understand the term "the same process". If the extraction of nutrients from coffee beans is concerned the answer is "no", this process is irreverible and after the temperature drop Dr Blalock still has his coffee. If particular temperature is required then the answer is "yes", he should heat his coffee again if he likes it hot.
