The calculation shows that for a given temperature, all gas molecules - no matter what their mass - have the same average transitional kinetic energy, namely 3kT/2.
Urms(A)/Urms(B)=√mb/ma=√5.34•10^-26/3.34•10^-27= √0.16=0.4
The temperature of the gas is proportional to the average kinetic energy of its molecules. Faster moving particles will collide with the container walls more frequently and with greater force.
