Newton's Law of Cooling states that the rate of change of the temperature of an object is proportional to the difference between its own temperature and the ambient temperature. According to this law, the difference between temperatures will be more in cup of tea in second case. Therefore, a hot tea will be colder in cup of the second person. In this way, the first person will drink warmer tea.
Answer:
The first person will drink warmer tea.
