The antiseptics used for cuts and wounds in human flesh have low surface tension ?why?

Surface tension is the property of reducing surface are of exposure tends to contract the surface into a near sphere surface
when the antisceptic is applied if they show high surface tension then they might pull the flesh causing minute rupture also if they have high s.t then they might pull dust particles near it ssurface , penetrating it& into the wound
