According to relativistic length contraction: l=l_0 √(1-v^2/c^2 ), the rod will contact along y axis:
And so, the angle the rod is inclide to the x-axis is:
tan⁡(φ)=l/l_0 =√(1-v^2/c^2 )
φ=arctan⁡√(1-v^2/c^2 )
