if a airplane is flying with the speed of 500km per hour. In the plane there's a Bee. currently bee is sitting on the seat which is in the middle of the plane. if bee jump of the seat and remain in the flying state for 10 min at the same position does it will go backward to the plane ? because during flying she will not have any physical contact with the plane to constant its velocity with the plane..

If you mean that bee can go to the airplane tail, it will not happen. The air in the airplane is moving with the airplane with the same speed. So, a bee will not move relatively to the airplane. If you want to know how bee will interact with airplane in the vertical axis, when bee remain in the flying state, the force, acting on the airplane is the same, when a bee was sitting. A bee will act on the airplane when she will jump and go back to the seat.
