in physics we come across the terms UNIFORM VELOCITY, UNIFORM ACCELERATION and CONSTANT VELOCITY AND ACCELERATION . what is the difference between the term CONSTANT & UNIFORM?

There is no difference between the terms constant velocity (or acceleration) and uniform velocity (or acceleration) because both of them are vectors which have constant absolute value in a constant direction.
