the formula for finding pressusre of fluid at rest or fluid in a container is p=density*height*acceleration due to gravity.why not we take accelaration which is caused by motion of liquid particles instead of accelaration due to gravity or average of the accelaration due to gravity and accelaration due to motion of particles for finding pressure

It because the average velocity (and acceleration) of particles in liquid is zero. So there is only one nonzero net force which is caused by gravity.
