Could the net force ever be zero? Explain.

The net force is the sum of all the forces acting on an object. If we have unequal forces acting on an object then the object will be moving in the direction of the greater force. If you introduce a another force it is possible that their will be no movement due to the another for but only if the another force was acting in the opposite direction of the greater force and in conjunction with the lesser.
