With some force i hit the wall and with same force i hit wet clay,does the reaction force same in both case?how can we say that there is same reaction force in both case if we get hurt more in beating the wall than the wet clay?

Yes, the reaction force same in both casesare equal according to Newton's third law. We get hurt more in beating the wall
than the wet clay because when we beating the wet clay it change its form and
maximize the area between our hand and clay’s surface. So, the pressure on our
hand in the second case would be smaller. That’s why we get less hurt in beating
the wet clay.
