Answer to Question #4569 in Mechanics | Relativity for Theresa
If you throw an object directly above yourself, what is the acceleration of the object
a. on the way up?
b.At the top?
c. On the way down?
Since an object lefts your hands, the only force that remains acting on it is the gravity force F = mg. So, the accelaration of an object will be same all the time of a flight. It will be g - the acceleration of free fall.
