Does a mosquito flying inside a moving car, experiences a force in the opposite direction of the motion of the car? If so what would be the reason?

Suppose this car is moving with acceleration a. In this case an inertia force is acting on the mosquito and it equals to the product of the accelerating and mass of the mosquito: F = ma.
If car is moving without acceleration then the force will be equal to zero.
