How can i calculate work in an activity which gravity is with you and not against you. For example how can i calculate work during running downhill or descending stairs. One theory is that is the same work done during the same activity but it is negative (e.g. ascending stairs have the same work with descending stairs). However this theory do not calculate that in this case you don't have to win the gravity...
