Hollow cylinder in space 13500 km long x 2200 km Diameter: What Km per minute would it have to be revolving at to achieve 1G centripetal force on the interior, to simulate normal gravity?

Also, what would happen 1) if an aircraft tried to take off from the interior surface, and 2) if a person fell 10 feet or so out of a tree in this environment ?

One final question: How far up toward the center of this rotating hollow cylinder would a breathable atmosphere be found?
