Answer to Question #1619 in Mechanics | Relativity for Amy

Question #1619
A lab was conducted to calculate the density of an unknown substance. Two different values were measured, X and Y. Where X, mass, was determined by performing 10 trials, according to the values below

Mass measurements:
7.90, 7.12, 7.82, 7.92, 7.88, 7.83, 7.79, 7.95, 7.91, 7.82

Y, which was the volume measured once from a graduated cylinder was determined to be 78mL which had graduations to the nearest 1mL. There was an uncertainty of 3mL due to mensicus. Calculate the density of the unknown substance.
