The acceleration of a car is

a = (6.0[m/s] - 4.0[m/s])/5[s] = 0.4[m/s²].

So, the displacement is

D = 4.0[m/s]*5[s] + 0.4[m/s²]*(5[s])²/2 = 25 meters.
