Answer to Question #112175 in Mechanics | Relativity for evonn

Question #112175
A monkey climbed to a vertical high, using a vertical rope in 30 seconds .It used a constant velocity for that motion .Then it climbed to that same vertical high,using a spiral path( which was 75 in length) .Throughout that spiral path,there was another constant velocity .Throughout the entire in both cases , it used a same power .

how much was the velocity in that spiral path?

answer is 2.5 per minute,

power gained by itself is constant and same in both times,high also same,but velocities are different,then how is energy constant ?

Since it used a same power, then

"P_1=P_2=\\frac{mgh}{t_1}=\\frac{mgh}{t_2}\\to t_1=t_2=t=30 s"

In the second case, the monkey passed "75 m".

So,

"v=75\/30=2.5m\/s".
