Question

Hey there I need help designing an electrical circuit for a model crane. We are provided with a power supply with a fixed voltage of 24v, and can use up to 3A current. We need to design a circuit that has two motors which can be switched between the power supply, one motor to run the lifting device, and one to rotate the crane on its base. The total power draw from the circuit must not exceed 10W. We can also use any combination of resistors, voltage regulators etc... Please help.
