When we lift a heavy table we apply a force on it that is the action force so does that applies a reaction force on our hands
If so then why the table is moving up by our force isn't the action force equal to reaction force

The action force equal to reaction force!
But we can say that these two forces are applied to different bodies: the action force to the table, a reaction force to our hands. Thus, the net force on the table is not a zero and the table is moving up.
