Hello
I have 2 questionnaires, one from managers of a company & the other from personnel. the first measures managers commitment & the second measures the personnel satisfaction. i want to correlate & regression between two questionnaire. but the number of two population is not equal. if i could? and how?

As you know, to construct a regression model means to find the relationship between some set of explanatory variables and set of response variables.
For this you must have some number of variables of one set, which are have some corresponding value from another set. That’s why you must take only those 2 sets of parameters, where each value of managers parameter has a corresponding value of personnel parameter.
The others values of some set (1 or 2) must be rejected as they have no relationship with another set, so, it’s obvious, couldn’t be used for finding the relationship.
