 You ask a new question, which is not related to this one. Please post it as a new question. Answer to your question is the following: rotation of 270 degrees counterclockwise moves point (x,y) to (y,-x). Therefore, the coordinates of the vertices will be (4,1), (3,-8), (-1, -4).
