There are 54 members 1 to 54, so if 2 and 3 puts in $50 each for 1 to take then 4 and 5 puts in $50 each for 2 and 6 and 7 puts in for 3 and continues till all 54 members have given their $50 and collected $100, is there a format to rotate the 54 members to continue with this method

The method to continue this is where 2,3,4 and 5 contribute each $50 for 1 to take, then 6,7,8 and 9 contribute each $50 for 2 to take and 10,11,12 and 13 puts in $50 each for 3 to take and continue till all the 54 members have given their $50 and collected $200.
