Now the company has 80*1/4=20 computers. They need to buy 80-20=60 computers. If they hire x employees, they will need to buy 60+x computers.

Dear saanjones Thank you for your attentive. Your are right, the company has 80*3/4=60 computers. But where did you get the information about 5%? The answer on this task is 20+x, where x is the number of new employees.

The above answer is wrong.( ¼ fewer computers means for 4 employees they have 3 computer).ie for 80 employee 80x .75 which is 60 pc. increase 5% means 84. so 84-60 =24 more pc required.
