"Integers" are the whole numbers, negative whole numbers and zero.

"I=\\{...-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3...\\}"

And all the integers can be written as p/q

Where "q=1"

For Example:- "3\/1, -3\/1, 6\/1, 98\/1"

By the definition all rational numbers can be written in form of p/q.

Therefore,

All the integers are rational numbers.

And

An Irrational numbers are numbers can be written as a decimals but not as fractions.
