Explaining the concept state:
Citizens purposely created the state as a social contract. Men joined together and consented to an agreement establishing the state. The agreement deals with the rightfulness of the authority of the state over a person. Also, it tackles queries on the origin of society.
The reason why the agreement by citizens in this regard is said to be "deemed."
The citizens openly surrendered some of their freedom and yielded to leaders to protect other rights pertaining to security, employment, and health, among others.
