Criminal Law- Do you think that a trial judge should inform a jury that it has the power to issue a jury pardon despite the evidence of the defendant's guilt when the jury feels that in "good conscience" the defendant should not be convicted of the crime charged or any lesser crime supported by the evidence at trial?
