How does the criminal justice system deal with vulnerable groups such as lesbian,gay, bisexual, transgender,queer and intersex community among others when they are victims of hate crimes ?

The criminal justice system partnered with the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) for better understanding and response on hate crimes against the LGBT community since the police alone cannot ensure justice and protection, or gain confidence of the victims.
