Discuss what is impossibility after the contract is made and circumstances under which a contract may be discharged by supervening impossibility.


b)   In cases of breach of contract, the innocent party may claim remedies from the other party. Explain in detail the remedies available for the innocent party according to the Contracts Act 1950.
