An acceptance to an offer yields no legal effect until it is communicated to the offeror. Ideally, when a person accepts an offer that is not intended for them, the acceptance is deemed as an offer. The initial offer made in the contract can only be accepted by the original offeree. When a new offeree accepts an offer, his acceptance results to creation of new offer to the original offeror.
