This is not fully true. Some people have to struggle to achieve the same results as other people but they need to put much more effort due to different circumstances: poverty, heredity, absence of medical care or education. So, we all live in the same world and have 24 hours a days, but we all have different circumstances, and for some groups of people, the range of possibilities is greatly limited.
