To adjust your car headlights, first park your car on flat ground facing a bare wall. Unload anything heavy and make sure the pressure in all 4 tires is correct so your car is level. Then, pull up as close to the bare wall as possible and turn on the low-beam headlights.

Procedure for current and voltage regulator adjustment in a car: Connect your voltmeter across the battery posts. Set the Parking brake. Shift the transmission to manual or to automatic. Start the engine and let it idle. Check battery charging voltage.

An inoperative car horn can be caused by a bad horn switch in your steering wheel, a broken “clock spring” under the steering wheel, a bum horn relay, a broken wire, or a corroded ground.
