More Zn(s) and HCl(aq) particles will have adequate energy to react causing in extra successful collisions. Decreasing the size of Zn(s) particles will upsurge the rate of reaction. Breaking the reactant into slighter pieces upsurges the surface, and extra particles are open to the reaction combination. The results in an amplified frequency of collisions and so a quicker rate of reaction.
