1) Increase the strengthening the power of union through increasing the members by contacting non union members and convincing him to join trade union.

2) Organised meeting different times and call to representative members to be present in the meeting in order to collaborate all issues or demand for which demanding with employers or management.

3) Increasing the ability of quality leadership

4) Managing the subscription fees from all members, which will help to do various trade union activities

5) Try to manage to collaborate the small union to join us to make a big union. This will strengthen the union.

7) Adoption of collective bargaining

8) Go for agreement with employer for market power. Through getting the market powers, non union labours are not allowed to provide the service to employer having minimum wages. So employer are abides to take the services from labour of trade union having higher rate.
