According Herzberg's Theory there are two types of factors, which influence the employees satisfaction and dissatisfaction. They are: hygiene factors and motivational factors. Both factors are very important for employees to feel comfortable at work place and feel satisfaction with their job. When employees are fully satisfied, they are more willing to make their job better. It helps to provide best quality for customers.
