Cost of coffee = R. 20.50

Cost of muffin= R. 10.29

Cost of sweet = R.  0.59

Case 1. Me

Ordered = Coffee + Muffin

             = R. {20.50 + 10.29}

             = R. 30.79

Case 2. Friend

Ordered = Muffin + 2Sweets

             = R. {10.29 + 2{0.59}}

             = R. {10.29 + 1.18}

             = R. 11.47

Therefore;

Correct way to work on the bill will be;

Total orders made = Coffee + Muffin + Muffin + Sweet + Sweet

                             = Coffee + 2Muffin + 2Sweets

                             = R. 20.50 + 2{R. 10.29} + 2{R. 0.59}

                             = R. 20.50 + R. 20.58 + R. 1.18

                             = R. 42.26
